About Us

At Phoenix Precast we know that meeting deadlines, staying in budget, and getting quality products are your ultimate goal. We work to make sure you have what you need, when you need it, and at reasonable prices.

Our History

Phoenix Precast Products was created in 1993 in Concord, NH as a division of Sabbow & Co., Inc. Phoenix Precast Products manufactures all manner of precast products, with a wide variety of standard stock items and the capability to produce any custom products you may require.

We work to make sure you have what you need, when you need it, and at reasonable prices. As a National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) certified plant, we hold our manufacturing process and quality control to a high standard, ensuring our customers get nothing less than a reliable and top quality product.

11.6-Acre Facility

Our 11.6-acre facility in Concord, New Hampshire, contains everything necessary to produce, store, and ship all of our concrete products. We keep a large inventory of stock products at all times. In addition, we are one of the largest builders of custom products.

Our Office

Just inside our front gate stands our 3,800 sq. ft. office building, which is attached to our on-site three-bay truck repair facility. That building also houses our custom weld shop, which we use to create custom forms, trash racks, grates, etc. for any customer or job.

Manufacturing plant

On the other side of the property stands our 53,000 sq. ft., two-story manufacturing plant. Our plant is fitted with 10 overhead cranes ranging up to a maximum of 25 tons carrying capacity to move all sizes of precast products. Our concrete mixer allows us to pour up to 2 cubic yards of concrete every 6 minutes. We have three coring machines, one dual turntable machine, one single turntable machine, and a portable coring machine, which allows us to core anything you will need in your precast products.

Fork Trucks

Three fork trucks with a loading capacity up to 17,000 pounds move the pieces around the yard and onto our trucks for delivery. Once onsite, our trucks use an 8-knuckle boom crane to unload and place your product, up to 9,800 pounds (fully outstretched) and 33,500 pounds (not outstretched).
