Our 11.6-acre facility in Concord, New Hampshire, contains everything necessary to produce, store, and ship all of our concrete products. We keep a large inventory of stock products at all times. In addition, we are one of the largest builders of custom products.
Just inside our front gate stands our 3,800 sq. ft. office building, which is attached to our on-site three-bay truck repair facility. That building also houses our custom weld shop, which we use to create custom forms, trash racks, grates, etc. for any customer or job.
On the other side of the property stands our 53,000 sq. ft., two-story manufacturing plant. Our plant is fitted with 10 overhead cranes ranging up to a maximum of 25 tons carrying capacity to move all sizes of precast products. Our concrete mixer allows us to pour up to 2 cubic yards of concrete every 6 minutes. We have three coring machines, one dual turn table machine, one single turn table machine, and a portable coring machine, which allow us to core anything you will need in your precast products.
Three fork trucks with a loading capacity up to 17,000 pounds move the pieces around the yard and onto our trucks for delivery. Once onsite, our trucks use an 8-knuckle boom crane to unload and place your product, up to 9,800 pounds (fully outstretched) and 33,500 pounds (not outstretched).
