Basement Entrances (8)

Phoenix Precast offers Permentry® Precast Concrete basement entries/egress with heavy gauge Bilco® steel doors. These precast bulkheads provide direct access to your valuable space and provide a direct way out of your basement in an emergency.
Deck Posts (3)

Phoenix Precast carries deck posts to fit your design application. The precast post is stronger and cleaner looking, and the top surface includes a built-in threaded insert to be used to receive your post hardware along with a wire lift loop for the site contractor, no special lifting equipment is required. All deck posts are made with spread footing to increase the bearing capacity compared to a standard round post you would pour in place.
Drainage & Stormwater (122)

Phoenix Precast can provide different options for precast concrete trench drains and small catch basin items for your driveway projects. We manufacture splash pads, sump pump pits, mini-drywells, and lawn drains. We can help find the right product for your project and guide you through the process.
Entrance Steps and Railings (37)

At Phoenix, our precast steps are available in widths of 4', 5', 6', 8’, or 10’ with various heights depending upon the height of the door sill. We can supply and install wrought iron rails for residential applications, along with ADA steel pipe railings for any commercial application All steps are built to meet your local building codes. Removal of existing steps are priced upon request.
Mooring Weights & Thrust Blocks (7)

Phoenix Precast stocks the most common sizes for your mooring weight needs. If we don't have the size you're looking for allow us to make custom-sized weights to meet your needs.
Oil Tank Slabs (1)

Phoenix Precast keeps the four most common sizes of precast pads in stock for outdoor storage of 275- or 330-gallon oil tanks.
