Basement Entrances

Phoenix Precast offers Permentry® Precast Concrete basement entries/egress with heavy gauge Bilco® steel doors. These precast bulkheads provide direct access to your valuable space and also provide for a direct way out of your basement in an emergency.

The maximum Width of the Opening in the concrete foundation is 40”

We sell Bilco® steel cellar doors for our Permentry® basement entrances. Most of the doors that we sell are used in combination with our precast Basement Entrance units, but we can sell them separately and offer delivery and installation if needed.
